Constitution

The Constitution of the Occupational Health Society of Australia (WA Branch).

The Committee of Management has agreed to apply the model rules of the new Association and Incorporation Act of 2015 and will place the changes towards the general membership at the 2018 annual general meeting, to be held on November 28th. The intent of the legislation is to ensure that all similar Associations have a constitution that is easy to manage and understand.
