Constitution
The Constitution of the Occupational Health Society of Australia (WA Branch).
The model rules of the Association and Incorporation Act of 2015 are included in the Occupational Health Society Constitution. A special resolution to accept the revisions to the Constitution was voted on at the 2023 AGM in November 2023 and accepted by over a 2/3rds majority of the Members who attended the meeting. In December 2023 this constitution was lodged with WA DEMIRS (Consumer Protection) and is waiting for approval. Draft revised OHSWA Constitution.
